Curriculum vita
I,Tokhtabiev Sergei Aminovich, was born on July 15, 1954 in Kabardino-Balkarian Republic .
In 1971 entered the Leningrad State University , faculty of philosophy.
In 1976 graduated from the Leningrad State University and in 1976 began his postgraduate study in the Moscow Pedagogical Institure.In 1979 defended a thesis(kandidatskaya) on the them " A man in extrem situation and ways of ascaping them", I was the first who touched upon that up-to-date problem.
From 1980 to 1990 work as a lecture in the Kabardino-Balkarian Academy .
In 1990 I created the public organization  International Fund for the development of aborigines and ethnic minorities. Is a non-government organization working according to the Russian legislation on the basis of voluntarness, equality of rights, self-government and lawfulness that presents equal possibility for all its participants to take part in the Fund's activity. The branch of the Fund-Pablic organization of invalids "New Continent" is the organization that was established by invalids.
The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in September 15, 1990 registers the date of the foundation of the  International Fund for the development of aborigines and ethnic minorities as December 28, 1991.
The Fund has been carrying out its activity since 1990,During that time I- President of the Fund- took part in the liquidation of armed conflicts such as
-Canada-1990
-Southern Ossetiya-1991
-Chechen Repablic - 1994- jointly with the group of deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation I took an active part in solving the war. I initiated and carried out the first peace conference "Peace to Caucasus-Peace to Russia " in Moscow in February 5,1995.
The Fund carried out peace praying in Moscow,Khazan,Nalchik,Nazran,Mahachkala  for sooner cessation of hostilities and restoration of peace in Russia.

I was officially registered as a candidate for the presidency of Russia in 1996. The following projects were worked out by and carried out by my  
initiated the introduction of article 69 pf Constitution of Russia, which guarantees the rights of ethnic minorities.
-The initiative to establish the Council of Elders in the South of Russia and to organize the meeting with President of Russia Yeltsin Boris.
-Foundation of cultural establishments Saklya of Peace and Yaranga of Peace
-Delegation of the Council of Elders of the North Caucasus under my command visited President of Chechen Republic Aslan Maskhadov in Grozny in March 7,1998 for peace.
-Hayma of Peace - 2003-Moscow
I work to organize lawful and just privatization of Russian companies, such as Rosneft and Gazprom
In 2004 launched a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights.
I conduct a number of actions of proceeding in Supreme Court RF (20001-2006) under human rights including protection of mountain Jews. My Grandfather  has rescueed from destruction of mountain Jews and убыхов in Pyatigorsk during the Second world war.
